 The
File Format Tools module is a Windows 32-bit DLL (MSTextFileFmt.dll)
that provides utilities for handling formatted text file input and
output.
This is a programmer's utility that can be used by calling the DLL's
various exported functions from your own program.

Download version 2001.9.20.0 now
(use your browser's Save option, and after the download run the
downloaded MSFileFmtToolsSetup.exe file).
After you install the Format Tools, you can view the help files by
browsing to the folder you installed to, and selecting the help files
in the TFEHelp folder.
